This Privacy Policy describes how Reel Influence Media, LLC(“we,” “us,” or “Stacy’s Digital Playground”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website (stacysdigitalplayground.com) and our products, including LaunchKit (the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Account information. Your name, email address, and password when you sign up for LaunchKit.
  • Course content. Answers, business plan inputs, and other content you enter into LaunchKit. This content is stored so you can resume your progress and generate your business plan.
  • Payment information. We do not store credit card details. Payments are processed by Stripe; only a transaction reference and the products you purchased are stored on our side.
  • Communications. If you email us or DM us on social media, we keep that correspondence so we can follow up.

We also automatically collect:

  • Usage information. Basic analytics about how the Services are used (pages visited, features used, errors encountered).
  • Device information. Browser type, operating system, IP address, and similar technical details.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Services.
  • To process payments and fulfill purchases.
  • To generate AI feedback on your LaunchKit answers (see Section 4).
  • To respond to your questions and provide customer support.
  • To send you transactional emails (account confirmations, receipts, password resets).
  • To send marketing emails, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Service Providers We Use

We use trusted third-party services to operate the Services. Your information may be shared with them, but only to the extent necessary for them to perform their function:

  • Supabase. Database hosting and user authentication.
  • Stripe. Payment processing.
  • Anthropic. AI processing of your LaunchKit answers (see Section 4).
  • Vercel. Website hosting.

Each of these providers has its own privacy practices, which you can review on their websites.

4. AI Processing

When you submit answers in LaunchKit for AI feedback, the text of your answer (plus relevant context from the chapter) is sent to Anthropic’s Claude API. Anthropic processes the request and returns analysis to us, which we store with your account.

Per Anthropic’s commercial terms, your inputs and outputs are not used to train Anthropic’s models. We do not sell your LaunchKit content to anyone.

5. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Services are used. You can disable cookies in your browser, but parts of the Services (like staying logged in) may not work as expected.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

  • With the service providers listed in Section 3.
  • When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or others.
  • In the context of a business transfer (e.g., merger or acquisition), in which case we’ll provide notice before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

7. Data Retention

We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we’ll remove your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we’re required to keep it for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what information we collect and the right to request deletion.

9. Children

The Services are not intended for children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure. We can’t guarantee absolute security and you use the Services at your own risk.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we’ll provide additional notice (such as an email or in-product banner).
